A Zhaga-D4i certified luminaire

As a founding member of the Zhaga consortium, Schréder has participated in the creation of the Zhaga-D4i certification programme and supported the initiative of this group to standardise an interoperable ecosystem. The D4i specifications take the best of the standard DALI2 protocol and adapt it to an intra-luminaire environment.
As a Zhaga-D4i certified luminaire, ZYLINDO complies with all the criteria, including mechanical fit, digital communication, data reporting and power requirements within a single luminaire, ensuring plug-and-play interoperability of the luminaires and peripherals such as connectivity nodes.

Installation and Maintenance

Post-top mounting

ZYLINDO is delivered pre-wired for mounting on a Ø60mm (with an accessory) or Ø76mm spigot.

Tool-free access

Offering tool free access for maintenance, both the ZYLINDO photometric engine and the gear compartment can be accessed by pinching two stainless steel spring locks. The whole unit can then be completely removed, using quarter turn latches. This design supports circular economy principles as it offers the possibility of extending the service life.
