Job responsibilities

As Lead Application IT Manager (Sales & Marketing), you will be in charge to capture business requirements and lead and support the Group Solution in his domain. To participate in the implementation of the Solution within the Schréder affiliates.

Main responsibilities
  • To lead the Group Solution progressive evolution in his domains (Sales & marketing)
    • To lead the Solution (D365 CE, SCM…) in his domains
    • To support the business analyst (business Key User) in capturing and documenting business requirements
    • To lead and participate actively in the Group Solution analysis, design, building, testing, simulation phases and Pilot GO Live
    • To provide all required documentation, e.g. Applications Processes
    • To train the Group Key-users
    • To ensure Group Solution respects quality, costs and deadlines
    • To participate in steering meeting when required
    • To propose improvements
  • To participate in projects subcontracted to partners
    • To challenge the partner on the features, cost and quality of the foreseen solution
    • To validate the solution and related deliverables (functional gap design, …)
    • To participate in Conference room pilot (CRP)
  • To participate in the Group Solution roll out
    • To participate in solutions implementation in the companies (design / build / test / simulate / go live)
    • To participate in the local key-users training
    • To provide consultancy
    • To support Group IT Project Managers
    • To raise project risks
    • To ensure all required deliverables are produced
    • To participate in Conference room pilot (CRP)
  • To acquire and share the competences
    • To acquire and maintain a deep knowledge in business processes, Group solutions & platforms and contiguous information systems
    • To advice and train local Schréder companies


Required skills

  • Master degree level
  • Certificates in connection with Business process (APICS, BPM, ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, …)
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in business Processes in Industrial environment & in project management
  • Very good D365 Customer Engagement (Sales) & Supply Chain Management (Trade & Logistic) functional knowledge and/or AX 2012,
  • Knowledge of CPQ tool, eCommerce and web based solutions, PIM systems, augmented / Virtual reality solutions
  • Experience with KingswaySoft, LeapWork automation testing tool
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any other European language would be an asset
  • Ready to travel abroad 30 % time
