Digital Content Administrator
We are looking for a:
Digital Content Administrator - in Liège, who will:
- be responsible for updating/administrating the content that appears on Schréder internal and external digital platforms (Website);
- be in charge of the Group and Local websites for incident, bugs and performance management and liaise with website users to support them and train them;
- work in collaboration with the digital project manager to execute the search engine analytics strategy to monitor traffic to websites.
Roles & responsibilities
- Accountable for the content administration in internal/external website and keep these tools up-to-date : marketing campaigns, product releases, training, product and solution content Ensure consistency between Applications in the Schréder CORE Model template, from a functional & technical point of view.
- Act as a single point of contact with local subsidiaries to make local content available on our different Website platforms
- Manage the Website support mailbox - create incident tickets and make the follow up with the requester and the website agency
- Proactively monitor and manage functionality of websites, and troubleshoots issues with the website hosting company and/or agency
- Provide support to website users and train them - support to countries for website admin when needed
- Responsible for testing the website releases on stage and production environments and for managing and updating the testing scenarios
- Update the website user manual
- Web page creation for products + blogs + projects + … and translation follow up
- Coordinate the translation process of digital and non-digital content and follow up
- Monitor key performance & SEO indicators
- Keep track of key analytics on our web platforms and publish regular reports
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Administration, or similar area
- Proven experience of min. 2 years as Digital Marketing Administrator or similar function
- PC literate: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, basic knowledge of graphical design (Adobe InDesign)
- Basic knowledge of Marketing Mix and SEO/SEA
- Interested in Digital tools
- Autonomous, proactive & problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Focus & willingness to improve things
- Languages: English (B2) + local language
