CRM Business Lead - Liège (Belgium)

We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Business Lead. This is a highly visible role, responsible for defining and executing our global CRM strategy.


Mission
 
  • Create a clear business vision, strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;
  • Cooperate closely with commercial teams and business leaders to collect the needs related to end-user experience, reporting and CRM related processes;
  • Translate the needs into clear requirements for our IT department – and prioritize with them the implementation of the new features or solutions;
  • Prepare and coordinate the business acceptance phase with key users;
  • Assist in training the local key-users and propagate changed features, processes or new solutions;
  • Manage actively a community of key-users – support the users with clear guidelines and training information; 
  • Design and monitor KPI’s to ensure ownership of business processes & CRM usage

Education / Experience 
 
  • University degree with a minimum 5 years of relevant experiencecompeting priorities;
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise scale CRM programs in a multinational environment  - Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a strong asset;
  • Passion for CRM program management, best practices, and ongoing curiosity for new CRM  trends and innovations;

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively share and present information with key stakeholders and business entities across the company;
  • Enjoy meeting and delighting end-users, ability to facilitate workshops and  user community;
  • Strong business sense and analytical skills with ability to balance competing priorities;
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Availability for frequent travelling
