REAL LED ALTERNATIVE FOR HIGH-POWER APPLICATIONS

The OMNIstar is setting a new standard by providing a real and performing LED alternative to HID luminaires for high-power applications such as highways, highway intersections, toll booths and large car parks. It has been designed to provide an unrivalled combination of performance and flexibility for lighting areas where high lumen packages are needed (32,600 to 126,600lm) with the added advantages of an LED solution: low energy consumption, improved visibility with white light, limited maintenance and longer life. 

MODULAR APPROACH FOR PERFORMANCE AND FLEXIBILITY

The OMNIstar can be fitted with both LensoFlex®2 photometric engines and reflectors that can be combined to provide a customized light distribution.
This modular luminaire can be installed on a high mast with a bracket of one, two or three luminaires to provide the exact lighting distribution and lumen package needed to meet the specifications of the area to be lit.
With on-site photometric adjustment, the OMNIstar guarantees the perfect lighting with high visual comfort, excellent uniformity and optimum color rendition to ensure safety and well-being. 

COST EFFECTIVE SOLUTION

Equipped with the latest cutting-edge technology for high performance, a long lifespan and an effective thermal management (Ta from -35°C to 55°C), the OMNIstar guarantees an energy efficient solution that will reduce energy and maintenance costs.
The OMNIstar can also be fitted with the Owlet range of control solutions (daylight sensors, dimming, remote management...) to enable you to further maximize energy savings by adapting the lighting levels according to the real needs.  

FUTUREPROOF 

The OMNIstar has been designed to fulfil the FutureProof concept. The LED engine can be easily replaced to take advantage of future technological developments.

LENSOFLEX®2

The OMNIstar range of luminaires is equipped with second generation LensoFlex®2 photometric engines that have been specifically developed for lighting spaces where the well-being and safety of people using the environment are essential.
This system is based upon the addition principle of photometric distribution. Each LED is associated with a specific lens that generates the complete photometric distribution of the luminaire. It is the number of LEDs that determines the intensity level of the light distribution.
 

ON-SITE ADJUSTABLE INCLINATION ANGLE

The luminaires can be adjusted on-site for optimal photometric performance. This flexibility ensures that the light distributions are specifically adapted to the real needs of the area to be lit.

The duo version of the OMNIstar offers a competitive solution compared to luminaires equipped with high-power HPS lamps in highway lighting (M4 classified) with a return on investment in less than 5 years and energy savings of up to 81%.

The highway junction with a crown on a high mast is another application where the OMNIstar particularly outperforms conventional light sources. With energy savings of up to 72% for an Eave of between 20 and 50 lux (depending on the zone), the OMNIstar solution offers a fast payback (less than 5 years) and significantly reduces the CO2 emissions generated by lighting the zone (-26.2t/year).

The trio version of the OMNIstar offers a competitive substitute to HPS luminaires for lighting large car parks (Eave of 35 lux) with a return on investment in less than 5 years. Enhanced with Owlet intelligent solutions including dimming and motion detection to provide the required levels at any time, this solution can reduce the energy consumption by 71% and cut C02 emissions by 10.5t/year.
