The lampholder is mounted on an adjustable support inside the plug, which makes it possible to adapt the light distribution on the site to be lit. Different types of protectors can be fitted onto MC luminaires. Smooth protectors made of polycarbonate or acrylic are characterised by a high efficiency rating and semi-extensive distribution. The refractor protectors allow for extensive distributions, therefore increasing the spacing between columns. The protectors made of flat or curved glass guarantee lasting photometric performance and lessen the effects of light pollution. |
 | | The smooth protector with semi-extensive distribution enables poles to be spaced around 4 x H apart. |
 | | The refractor protector for extensive distribution allows for particularly large spacings between poles (up to 6 x H). |
 | | The low profile glass protector minimises light pollution while giving the user remarkable visual comfort. |
 | | The flat glass protector provides a sharply cut-off light distribution. |
