The Karl Johan+Knokke ensemble is available in two configurations: pole with single bracket or wall bracket.
This ensemble permits large installation heights of 6 to 10 metres.
It is particularly suited to the lighting of access roads or wide urban avenues.
The pole and bracket are made from galvanised steel.

The Karl Johan luminaire offers a lighting solution for installation heights of up to 10 metres.
The Karl Johan is available in two versions with different aesthetics: the protector is available with either a deep or a
lightly curved bowl.
As an option, the protector is coated with a special varnish with a frosted appearance.
This varnish makes it possible to limit any possible effects of glare and thus ensure optimal visual comfort.
The optical compartment features the Sealsafe® system, which ensures long-term internal cleanliness and thus long-term
maintenance of photometric performance.

The Karl Johan is comprised of a spun aluminium body topped by a support made from cast aluminium alloy.
The optical compartment is comprised of a deep drawn, polished and anodised aluminium reflector and a co-extruded, thermoformed polycarbonate protector stabilised against UV rays.
This protector is either in the form of a bowl or lightly curved. | | | |

Access to the lamp and electrical control gear is obtained without tools by loosening two ¼ turn screws.
This operation allows the optical compartment to swivel open on a hinge.
Access to the lamp is easily gained by rotating the plug.
The electrical control gear is positioned on a removable plate. | |
