The Karl Johan is comprised of a spun aluminium body topped by a support made from cast aluminium alloy.
The optical compartment is comprised of a deep drawn, polished and anodised aluminium reflector and a co-extruded, thermoformed polycarbonate protector stabilised against UV rays.
This protector is either in the form of a bowl or lightly curved. |
