The Belgica is a 4-faced luminaire. Although its design is largely inspired by the gas-jet lamps of the last century, the photometric performance is very much of the 21st century. The Belgica offers a wide range of photometric solutions to suit any type of urban application. The optical compartment features the Sealsafe® system, which ensures internal cleanliness and thus long-term maintenance of photometric performance.

Access to the lamp and electrical control gear is obtained by loosening a screw situated at the base of the top cover of the luminaire. This allows the top cover to be swivelled open on a hinge. Access to the lamp is easily gained by rotating the plug. During maintenance operations, the top cover is held in place by a retaining strap. | |
