Designed by Grandesign, the Kio+Consis ensemble is remarkable in the purity of its simple, fluid and light curves.
Made from thermo-lacquered galvanised steel, the cylindrical-conical pole and bracket provide a harmonious response to the subtle shapes of the luminaire.
The Kio+Consis ensemble plays a key part in enhancing residential areas.
The pole, bracket and luminaire also integrate perfectly into the city to light streets, squares and public parks.

The Kio luminaire is characterised by materials of excellent mechanical quality.
It consists of a base and a die-cast aluminium cover as well as a polycarbonate or acrylic protector. Inside the bowl, an opaline diffuser encircles the light source and the reflector.
A central metal shaft supports the lamp and allows the cable to pass through while maintaining the position of the diffuser. | |

The luminaire is opened via the cover.
After having loosened two locking screws, the cover pivots around a hinge, giving access to the lamp.
The control gear is arranged on a removable plate, held in place by two screws, in the base section of the luminaire. | |

| MOUNTING
The Kio luminaire has a post-top mounting secured by 6 M6 screws.
To make installation easier, the luminaire is supplied with a length of pre-fitted cable. | |  |

A tiered opaline diffuser plays an integral part in the design of the luminaire, both day and night, while ensuring optimal visual comfort by limiting the potential effects of glare.
The Kio can accommodate high-pressure sodium lamps, metal halide lamps with ceramic arc tubes as well as the new Cosmopolis lamps. | |
