The Valençay in combination with the Randonnée pole or wall bracket makes a period ensemble which is ideally suited to historic environments such as city centres, parks, alleys and lanes.
Made from cast steel, the Randonnée supports offer lighting solutions for applications involving low installation heights of 3 to 5 metres. | | TRADITION AND EFFICIENCY
Although the design of the Valençay luminaire is largely inspired by the gas-jet lamps of the last century, the photometric performance is very much of the present day.
The Valençay has already satisfied the needs of hundreds of villages and city centres seeking a combination of tradition and optimal efficiency.
The optical compartment features the Sealsafe® system, which ensures internal cleanliness and extremely long-term maintenance of photometric performance.

Access to the lamp and electrical control gear is obtained by releasing a screw situated in the base of the top cover of the luminaire, thus allowing the top cover to swivel open on a hinge.
Access to the lamp is easily gained by rotating the plug.
During maintenance operations, the top cover is held in place by a retaining strap. | |
