CONDULUX

Description

Recessable luminaire consisting of two elements: on the one side, a body comprising the reflector, lamp and control gear; on the other, the light conductor element consisting of an aluminium body and a refractor.

Advantages

  • No heat emission: ideal for illuminating dangerous or heat-sensitive areas
  • Maintenance savings: single lamp luminaire
  • Easy maintenance: illumination of areas which are difficult to access (e.g. swimming pools)
  • Flexible design and dimensions
  • Luminous uniformity
  • Can be recessed
  • Adaptable to urban lighting applications

Maintenance

The lamp and control gear are easily accessible via one end of the luminaire. This means that the operator does not have to impede the activities taking place in the illuminated room. This location of the electrical compartment also means it can be installed away from sensitive areas.

Installation

Mounting by means of installation clamps pre-attached to the ceiling.

Photometry

The internal surface of the light conductor element has been treated to distribute the light along the whole length of the refractor, thanks to a high specular reflection coefficient.
The luminous flux is conducted by the internal surface of the body and then crosses the refractor towards the area to be illuminated.
The Condulux light conduction principle ensures a complete absence of glare, providing a high degree of visual comfort, a very important criterion for sports lighting.

Conducted along the whole length of the casing - called the light distributor - the luminous flux then crosses the refractor prisms pointing towards the area to be illuminated.
